Ro-Kyu-Bu! SS Episode 10 - The Tournament Begins!

Hello guys! Tadashi here and today I'll be talking about the 10th episode of Ro-Kyu-Bu! SS.

It turns out that the ever so cocky Rena isn't even on the basketball team. Her attitude caused her to leave the team but now she wants back in. The coaches tell her how hard everyone else has worked because she wasn't there so it wouldn't be right for her to just come back. Miyu, their ace, pleads that they let her back on the team because she may see her former self in Rena. Of course they let her back on the team.

The rest of the lolis are busy with their own basketball practices. Takenata had shown Subaru and Aoi some of the moves that Rena pulled on his sisters and their not moves that any elementary school girl (or player) should be able to do. With that in Hiiragi, Tsubaki and Masami's heads, they want nothing more than to win. In fact, they're too focused on winning (along with Mimi and Kage who are having their own tiny struggles) and as a result, they can't even do things that they normally would be able to.

They should listen to Maho!

The twins and Masumi feel that their current training regimen isn't good enough and ask Subaru to be more strict. He proposes a game between the 5th and 6th graders and they find out their problems. With the help from the 6th graders (some yelling from Maho), the 5th grade girls realize what's happening and are able to go back to their former selves after calming down.

Ouuuu get that shit outta here!
KILL EMMM

The tournament comes around and man do the girls look really good in their new jerseys. Honestly, I feel that they're pretty badass! The tip off begins and the 6th girls impress the other team easily. They've all definitely improved and proved to be a challenge for the girls. Tons of great moments and highlights. By the end of the quarter, they were up 13-10.

Tomo's rival!
HINA THE FLASH

At the start of the 2nd quarter, that's when the 5th grade girls from both schools play. This means that Rena is on the court and she proves just how much of a different level she really is compared to everyone else. She is quick and can do behind the back and through the legs dribbles no problem. Is this really a 5th grade girl?! All the while she continues to talk shit to the girls.

D:

I'm pretty interested in how this match will turn out. There's only a couple episodes left so I wonder if it'll focus all on this match, and after it's done it'll fastforward through the tournament. Rena proves shes one of kind and is no easy opponent but then again, she's really only facing the 5th graders. I want to see how she fares against Tomo and the others.

Also, after the match, Tomo apparently has something to tell Subaru and it seems it has to do with feelings. Ohohohohoh~

Anyways, that's all for this episode. See you next!
