Sup guys! Tadashi here and today I'll be talking about the 3rd episode of Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai which delivers a full on Saori episode.

We finally get to see what made Saori become who she is today. I was surprised that her sister was also an otaku with her own little circle of friends.

Her sister's circle was filled with really good people with unique personalities. It was a shame that Kaori decided to go off and get married considering she was the link keeping the group together. No one really said goodbye either. They all just kind of drifted apart. It was nice that Kanata came and was able to say goodbye and pass on the title of master (aka hand down the epic glasses).
Back in the present day, it turns out it's Saori's birthday and they all went to her place to celebrate. As for surprise guests, her sister and the old circle all show up.

The episode was okay. I honestly wasn't expecting the entire episode to basically be a backstory. We definitely could have dealt without it. It was nice though. I wanted it to focus more on the present Saori and the revelation of her gorgeous self without the nerdy clothes and glasses.
Another thing I can't wait for is when the romance really starts between Kuroneko and Kyousuke :D
The ED song was beautiful too...getting to see Kirino in Kuroneko's outfit and all the cosplays. Especially Saori<3
